When not at work, where would we likely find you?

Most likely cooking something up in my kitchen I love experimenting with interesting flavours and recipes from all around the world. My signature dish is the Greek ‘Gemista’, in other words ‘stuffed peppers’, which I learnt to cook from my Greek grandmother’s amazing collection of recipes, a great inspiration for my love of cooking.

What motivates you at work?

Knowing that I get to work amongst such an incredible culture of people - supportive, motivating, inspiring and most importantly kind. This is something that I look forward to every day at work.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

That ‘whoever wants to, can’. It’s something my mum has regularly repeated and instilled in me, a highly prevalent saying in Greek, which implies exactly what it says, if you truly want something, you can go out and get it.
