Sarah has more than 15 years' experience in people management and development from across the professional services sector and more recently technology and innovation.
Sarah started working with Consilium in 2018 and has helped the business to get the very best from its people with hands on support, strategic and operational advice and career coaching.
Throughout her career, Sarah has provided HR support and expertise across all stages of the employment life cycle, and specialises in helping business attract, develop and motivate a talented and productive workforce. In addition to Consilium, Sarah has led the HR function in various starts up and formerly worked as an HR Business Partner at Allen & Overy and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sarah holds a Masters in Personnel & Development and is CIPD qualified having read Geography at Cambridge University for her first degree.
