Andrea Ziltzer is a healthcare communications professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nonprofit sectors.
Andrea’s expertise encompasses external product and corporate public relations as well as internal communications. Her experience includes strategic counsel; spokesperson media and presentation training; group brainstorming facilitation; materials development, including press materials, backgrounders, and social media content; advocacy relations; and regulatory processes.
Formerly, Andrea was a team leader at Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA), where she developed and implemented programs for pharmaceutical and biotech products, and disease awareness campaigns. Prior to CCA, Andrea worked in the media relations department of the March of Dimes National Birth Defects Foundation’s national office. Andrea began her career in the healthcare sector at Burson-Marsteller.
Andrea is very active with several charitable organizations including the Fund for Global Health and FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered), a national organization supporting people at high risk for genetic cancers.
Andrea earned a B.S. in Communications from Boston University’s College of Communications and completed a Public Health certificate program at SUNY Albany.
